terkenang masa dulu bila aku baik dengan seorang prempuan ni. aku anggap dia macam kawan baik aku sendiri. sebab aku tau, dia baik, penyayang, caring. serious ta tipu. selalu jugak aku ke KL dengan dia. lepak borak minum kopi. mendengar masalah masing masing.

Resepi Bread Butter Pudding

ini adalah salah satu favorite dessert aku. senang na buat and memang sedap. so, aku na share dengan korang macam mana na buat Bread Butter Pudding neh. selamat mencuba!

Bahan-bahan Pudding :

7 keping roti

500ml susu full cream

4 sudu besar butter

4 sudu besar gula halus

2 biji telur

1 1/4 sudu besar tepung jagung

1 sudu kecil vanilla essence

Bahan-bahan Sauce :

500ml susu full cream

2 sudu besar brown sugar

1 1/2 sudu besar tepung custard

1 sudu kecil vanilla essence

1 sudu kecil garam

Cara-cara Membuat Pudding :

1- koyakkan roti kepada 4 bahagian dan letakkan di dalam loyang. tuangkan susu full cream ke dalam loyang tersebut. biarkan dulu ye.

2- pukul butter dan gula halus sampai ringan. masukkan telur satu persatu. kacau sampai sebati. then, masukkan vanilla essence untuk wangikan dia. last sekali, masukkan tepung jagung dan sebatikan.

3- bila adunan da sebati, masukkan ke dalam loyang yang ada roti dan susu tadi. ratakan seperti gambar di bawah.

4- sebelum korang buat adunan tu tadi, jangan lupa pre-heat oven dulu. dalam 180.C ye. kang lambat pulak masak kalau ta pre-heat dulu.

5- da siap ratakan dan oven pun da panas, bakar pudding di dalam oven selama lebih kurang 35 minit. depends la oven korang tahap kepanasan dia macam mana.

Cara-cara Membuat Sauce :

1- campurkan kesemua bahan dalam periuk. masak di atas api yang kecik. kalau api besar, nanti custard tu keras. so, kena kacau saja sampai likat.

so, bila pudding da siap bakar, sauce pun da masak, boleh la makan! hidangkan macam gambar kat bawah neh. senang kan? apa lagi, try la buat. makan sekali, serious mesti na lagi. pudding neh, kalau ikut resepi yang diberi, ta manis pun. rasa dia sedap sedap la. cuba tau!

masa aku tulis entry neh, aku tengah sedih. dugaan datang. Ya Allah. aku kena redha dengan ujian-Nya. sabar. baru na keluar bergembira, battery kereta aku pulak kong. haishh. aku sedih sebab gaji aku bulan lepas just half. battery kereta sumpah mahal. aku da tatau macam mana na buat. aku menangis.

na harapkan abah aku, susah. sebab aku da bekerja. apa aku boleh buat? mintak tolong dengan mak aku. gaji aku memang nyawa nyawa ikan na tunggu sampai akhir bulan. aku terpaksa mintak mak duit yang aku bagi kat dia. haishh. malunya dan rasa serba salah sangat. jahatnye aku. nasib baik, mak aku memahami.

maaf mak sebab menyusahkan mak. ingatkan duit yang aku bagi tu na senangkan dia. tapi turn to be like this pulak. tu semua dugaan Allah. aku redha. teruknye aku sebagai seorang anak. mesti korang fikir aku neh buruk siku kan? sebab da bagi mak aku duit, lepas tu mintak balik untuk tukar battery. tapi, korang mungkin ta faham situasi aku. haishh. ta kesah la janji mak aku faham. sorry again mum :'(

kadang aku terfikir, mana silapnya aku sebagai seorang anak. apa salah aku pada mak abah aku. sebenarnya, mereka ta fikir pun yang kita bersalah. cuma kadang kadang aku sendiri yang rasa macam tu. tipulah kalau tada orang yang ta pernah sakitkan hati mak ayah mereka. mungkin mereka ta tunjuk kalau mereka sedih dengan kita. ta semua mak ayah sama.

aku sebagai manusia biasa, normal macam orang lain, ta lari dari silap sendiri. aku mengaku aku pernah tinggikan suara pada mak abah aku. aku mengaku, aku pernah gores hati mereka dengan kata kata gila dari mulut aku.

Bowling

plan hari neh kononnya na teman amoy & boyfriend dia, daus pergi tournament bowling untuk department office dorang. so, aku ajak Ali, Zai & Aboy lepak teman aku sementara dorang habis game. tiba tiba, officemate amoy suruh aku & ali gantikan tempat bos dorang sebab bos dorang on the way. katanye kejap saja. nanti bos datang, stop la main.

oke aku & ali semangat la kan da lama ta main bowling. benda free pulak. heh. amek kasut kat kaunter, siap siap pakai dengan stoking, warm up sikit sikit & we are ready! turn ali first, aku second. serious aku da excited sebab ali agak power main bowling. dia baling bola tu & then 'grrrr'! masuk longkang weyh. sabo jela.

turn aku pulak. aku baca bismillah banyak banyak. betulkan posisi. aku angkat bola ringan, 9kg. by the way ada 8kg, tapi aku konon kuat la na angkat 9kg tu. da aim baik punya, aku baling, STRIKEEEE! terer kan? pfft!

yela at first aku terer, ali ta terer. tengah tengah we guys equal. point 0. mengundang! da na last last, aku da ta terer da. ali pulak power. iskisk. kitorang main 2 frames smpai habis sebab bos amoy tana main pulak. fuhh. hasilnya, kitorang dapat la no 8 daripada 14 groups. ta terer sebab ramai lagi pakcik pakcik yang terer.

da habis tu, aku, amoy, daus, ali, zai & aboy pergi ke A&W untuk dinner. lepak lepak borak then balik. had fun with them even ta kenal pun. & had fun gossiping with my boyfriends & girlfriends. awesome!
